REFUND POLICY


At Bedrock Images, we strive to make sure that you are completely satisfied with our products. We offer the following return policy for all purchases:

For all items returned within 7 days of receipt (note: all of the following dates are based on the postmark of the returned shipment), the customer will receive a full refund on the cost of the merchandise, minus a 10% restocking fee. For all items returned between 8 and 30 days of receipt, the customer will receive store credit for the original cost of the merchandise, minus a 10% restocking fee. Upon the 31st day after receipt, Bedrock Images will no longer accept any returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Note: For all items to be returned, the customer must email bedrock@bedrockimages.com detailing the product number, order number, reason for return, and method for shipment to Bedrock Images. All items must be shipped with a tracking number in original packing materials, unless it is damaged or worn through, in which case the exterior box or tube must be replaced by the customer. For all returns, the customer is obligated to pay shipping. If you live outside the United States, we will help you to arrange shipping back to the US.

If a customer receives a damaged product, he/she must contact Bedrock Images at bedrock@bedrockimages.com within 48 hours of receipt with an explanation of the damage and a photo attachment of the damaged product. If the item is deemed damaged by customer service, the customer must ship the product back to Bedrock Images within 7 days of receipt for a replacement object or refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

WARRANTY


Bedrock Images offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty on its hanging systems. Bedrock Images guarantees all its hanging systems from manufacturing defects for 1 year from date of purchase.  In the unlikely event that you experience any issue with your hanging system, please send digital photographs of the problem with a complete explanation to bedrock@bedrockimages.com. Our customer service team will assess the issue and arrange for replacement parts or a replacement unit, if necessary. Bedrock Images is not liable for improper mounting of the hanging system. All hanging systems should be installed into concrete, brick, or studded walls by an experienced professional.
